GARDEN, LONDON NW3.
This is a beautiful space in NW3 that can now be enjoyed all year round. A comprehensive garden lighting design was key to really improve this outside space. Gardens are often the largest space in a property, so with the creation of an inviting ambience, our clients are now utilising this space much more. All cabling was hidden and small spike lights throughout the beds helped to create a stunning effect.

Set in rural Kent, this beautiful barn conversion is set to ” wow”. With open beamed ceilings throughout its open plan style is any lighting designers dream. The barn is surround by gardens incorporating water futures.

This modern 4 floor townhouse benefits from this amazing light well running through its centre. Unfortunately no allowance had been made to lighting it when the house was built. We designed and implemented a custom piece to allow the space to work with the rest of the home.

This impressive new barn conversation is set in the most outstanding countryside setting. Our lighting design team has set to work on our client’s vision to bring the outside “in”. We have transformed both the beautiful grounds and the barn itself, so that the whole property has a seamless flow with the outside and inside complimenting each other.

This classic period kitchen & orangery underwent a full lighting design. We accentuated the beautiful wooden beams of the orangery roof as well as the stunning kitchen features. The challenge with a dual purpose room like this is to ensure that the lighting is both practical when the space is being used as a busy hub for family life, and also atmospheric when it is time to kick back and entertain. The selection of scenes we have created achieve this beautifully.

Our brief was to completely overhaul the lighting design of this recently completed modern house. Retro fit projects always provide unique technical challenges, but we love a challenge! We were able to add much needed depth and contrast to the design, so that this beautiful home finally enjoyed the ambiance it deserved.

Our clients were refurbishing both the exterior and interior of this stunning property and our brief was to find a way to draw out the natural features of both the house and the grounds. Our first design concentrated on the grounds. As with any outdoor lighting scheme, it is important to remember that “less is more” as over-lighting can result in a stark environment. The grounds boasted a large oak tree which naturally became a fantastic focus point for our design from which we were able to gently lead the eye to other areas.

This lighting project really highlights the advantages of an expert lighting design in its purest form, as we used proven techniques to maximum the pieces on display. Being in the heart of London’s Mayfair the components used were, as always, of the highest quality and design.
STATELY HOME, SHROPSHIRE.
We were delighted to be asked to create a lighting design for the exterior and garden lighting of this magnificent building. Working closely with the team at Weston Park, the focus was always to draw out the building’s natural features and materials. Virtually invisible placement of fittings was a must so as not to impact on the building’s heritage.
PERIOD PROPERTY, WESTMINSTER.
The bespoke lighting design in this project was controlled by Apple Home Kit, so the client is able to fully control the entire system via voice command.
Dulwich, London.
Period features with a modern twist, this feature rich home was a joy to work with. We focused on drawing out and complimenting the unique features of the property.
TOWN HOUSE, LONDON.
This converted basement in North London is a fabulous space but enjoys very limited natural light. Home lighting design and our expert lighting designer were key here to make the room a bright and welcoming space throughout the year.
We used a home lighting designs specification in this project that incorporated light layering plus an ‘on trend’ cluster light fitting which has enhanced the room, giving an overall contemporary feel.
GEORGIAN TOWN HOUSE , LONDON.
For our client’s apartment renovation in West London, a warm welcome was a priority. We suggested building in ‘layers of light’ as this is one of the most important factors in lighting design to ensure depth and warmth.
COUNTRY RETREAT, KENT.
Our clients in Kent were completely renovating their period property. Lighting placements were key to ensure there were no dark areas in this old farm house. With entertaining in mind, we were also asked to create a design that at the press of a button turned the bar into a party room. For this a Rako control system was a must.
GARDENS, VIRGINIA WATERS.
By installing exterior lighting designs, we have created an absolutely stunning garden in Virginia Waters. This has provided extra space for the family to use throughout the year and created a magical ambience.
NEW EXTENSION, KEW.
Here in Kew, London, our clients had a beautiful, brand new extension built. We created a stunning lighting design using Rako controls to create different scenes. This family of professionals now have a beautifully lit area to relax and unwind or entertain.
The Rako lighting control panels make setting the mood and atmosphere of the room simple, with the press of a button on the wall or by remote control.

This project was a development in the heart of the famous Ealing Studios, West London. For these impressive apartments, we used simple and effective rako lighting design systems, adding a designer flair to the development.
